I would give this clinic zero stars if it were possible. I was referred for a possible melanoma (I also have a history of breast cancer and a higher risk factor of melanoma.) . It has been 3 weeks and nobody has reached out to explain the results of the biopsy which was posted immediately to my Peacehealth patient portal. I finally called the office today and was informed by the receptionist that I'm being referred to a surgeon. I am still left wondering what is going on and whether or not I do in fact have melanoma. This is totally unprofessional and an unethical way to treat a patient. I am seeking a 2nd opinion as soon as possible and will not be returning to this clinic. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I also am a long time patient trying to make an appointment for my annual checkup.Have called 6 times to date and have yet to be able to talk to someone how do you run a business like this

Just trying to make an appointment proved very difficult. Called several times. Phone rang and rang and rang with no option of leaving a voicemail. Doctors might be good but I can't tell you because I've been unable to make an appointment.

I have been a patient for nearly 15 years. Recently (last year or so) I’ve not felt as welcome. Deborah and the nursing staff have been wonderful since Dr. Gilbert retired. Front desk staff are definitely lacking. I walked in and sat down directly in front of reception staff while they were talking to another patient. I was the only one in the office so I figured they saw me. They didn’t. Sat for 20min. In front of them through appointment time before I finally said something. They said they didn’t see me sitting directly in front of their desk staring at them. -During the flooding a few months ago their office was closed. I spent an hour trying to go different routes to get to appointment. No one contacted anyone or left a VM for patients that they were closed. Eventually I got through to reschedule…took a month to get in. - Half the time I can’t even get through to the office. Phone lines not working? Anyone else having this problem? Not a one time incident. Very frustrating.
