The DOL will require you to take the drive exam portion of the license test at the local DOL. You can take drivers ed and or the written portion of the test at Driving 101. Stop by our office and we'll give you a study brochure that will help you practice for your drive exam.
It depends on how blind but you can always call em up and talk to them about it
