Any woman can walk in here and tell the courts that the father is abusive and mentally unstable and be granted emergency custody. It is not right and puts children at risk of being in harms way. My daughter was in serious danger for months until one glorious day. The only thing that repaired my belief in Clark county was the support I was given afterwards. It is so scary having to fight for your rights to protect your own child.

I got a overweight ticket n 2012 .it was paid off in 2016 sense then I have been suspended 7 times . I go in they reinstate me then all of a sudden I'm suspended again . I just found out it is because they forgot to fax paper work to Olympia court . My life has been ruined because of this

These people, are good people, doing their job. To go beyond that, my experience here has been excellent and any tribulations I faced while in the building were by no ones fault but my own. Very nice family case facilitator and one of the women security at the entrance is always very pleasant to chat with. Nice deli just to the left.

Called several times to ask questions about filling a small claims application. The lady that I have talked to every time has been extremely rude and unhelpful. She kept repeating the same information to me and talked around my questions without answering them. Worst customer service I've experienced at a government office (even worse than DMV). Don't expect much help from them with more detailed questions as they repeat the information from the website.

I dont work in law or courthouse. But my lawyers have always had a grevience form you can file. You can possibly get a copy from the records department at the courthouse. All of the courts are recorded usually. Sorry I cant give a forsure answer. But I would file a grievance form and/or call records.
Superior court clerk in the courthouse
Should be on there website if not they always have monitors inside displaying that information but I think that's only day of.
1st floor, superior Court. They have a separate window for it
Need to put a motion in to have a judge over turn the decision of a restraining order. But need to find out how it was put into action in the first place. If it was ordered by the judge without consent or if an individual ask for the order. Its harder to get it over turned if a judge ordered it because certain requirements may have to be met before a judge would decide to lift it. Hope this helps!
Go through security on the west side, head up one floor and to the left to the superior court. It won’t be immediate, but they can help you get started
Everyone on the order is protected against your husband. If the child is listed as a person protected from him then it is good you have removed the child from the situation. I am not able to see your entire message after you filled for divorce so I do hope this helps. I suggest you show up for the hearing when it comes up to keep the order in place and have all your documents ready to go. There is a court facilitator that can help you as well if you need to place a restraining order as well. It does not cost for this service. It only costs for other services. Good luck to you and your family. I know times are difficult and it is not easy going through divorce. It is most difficult on children.
For domestic cases it’ll be Superior Clerk, for anything else it’ll be District. If you call the wrong phone they’ll usually transfer you to the right office
Offices are open every weekday from 8-4:30 with a lunch break from 12-1. The number should be the same as online except the area code is (561)

You must address this with the court that issued the order. And keep in mind orders are not requests. It's time for you to call your attorney. Do not be foolish.

Small claims are handled by district court, and it is at the same address. Their office is on the ground floor of the courthouse.

Lol Washington state won't allow it.. they'd rather be able to collect Federal matching funds for collecting child support from him, and just not let him see or be in the kids life.
