I do not recommend using Fidelity. We had a handful of errors during closing, the employees were not the kindest of people and we closed over 3 weeks ago and there are still issues coming up. We went through First American for the selling of our home and would much rather have used them for both the sale and purchase, much easier process with no errors.

I signed some refinance documents at Fidelity today and was not pleased with the experience. I prefer to carefully read everything before I sign it and the team at Fidelity had no patience for this. We arrived on time for our appointment, but they did not call us in for signing until 10 minutes later. After starting our meeting late, they had the audacity to ask me to hurry up because they had another client arriving for their next meeting. I was told that I had three days to rescind the documents, so I could read them later. When your job is to help someone sign a document it is incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate to ask them not to read what they are signing. I most certainly do not recommend using a title company who doesn't want you to read what you are signing. No thank you.
