I've literally never gave a business a poor rating online before, but wow... I went in earlier and they cut my kids hair like he was on the back end of the assembly line. It wasn't even busy and we were the only customers there. Also, the girl that cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. I'll have to go somewhere else for it to be fixed. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Bad decisions happen. Never again. Don't, just don't.

Actually, it's a Regis salon. The stylist followed what I wanted. I just walked in, they took good care of me. There were 2 other walk-ins after me who were taken care of in a timely manner. They sell professional products. I like that it's in Wal-Mart where there is also a nail salon, bank and coffee shop.I can shop, get my nails and hair done.
