When I got there, with my mask - covid precautions in place. The lady at the desk greeted me with kindness and politely asked to take my temp. Which I believe is a great indicator for the professionals. I sat in their comfortable waiting room for just a few moments and was called back for my appointment. Shellie was very professional and kind. She explained in detail what Reiki was and what she would do. I would absolutely recommend you do the 90 min massage with Reiki. It was the most amazing energetic renewal I've experienced. And the massage was relaxing and refreshing. I felt like a new woman when I left. Amazing service!

The short answer is yes, however for the best results you should talk to your physical therapist or chiropractor to see how it relates to your specific situation. Also in order to provide you with the best possible outcome it would be helpful for you to allow us to coordinate care with the physical therapist or chiropractor.
We always state that you can undress to your level of comfort, meaning if you want to leave your underwear or bra on you can. Just note that if you are having work done on shoulders and back it is easier for us to work without you having a bra on. You WILL be covered at all times. Only the area we are working on will be uncovered and then recovered after we are done.

Yes, if you book your appointment online, our online scheduling system will email you a intake/health history form. If you prefer to fill one out in person, please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment so that you may do so.
Yes, To help protect all clients we require everyone in the office to wear a mask at all times. We also offer surgical masks to anyone who has forgotten theirs.
Yes, the Massage Therapist will wear a either a N95, KN95 or 3-ply surgical mask during the massage.
We also accept Worker's Comp insurance.
