I bought a new television this morning. Since I’m out of my comfort zone, a friend helped research before I went shopping. The salesperson, Cutberto, was knowledgeable and nice, as were the employees at the store’s entrance. Cutberto suggested a sound bar and sub woofer. I told him I’d call him back later in the day, which I did. Three times. Calls go to a national call center. The first person could not help me because she was not part of the sale. She told me to return to the store. I called back a second time to explain my situation and was left on hold so long we became disconnected. When I called a third time, I was placed on hold until someone could answer. After awhile, I lost interest and hung up. My situation is this: I am recovering from a knee replacement. I do not have a handicap placard, so I need to park near the entrance. ALL spaces near the entrance are reserved for contactless delivery. And? It’s quite hot outside. This morning I walked from the far side of the parking lot, in the heat, and into the store. I’m not willing to do that a second time. And, people on the phone who were not part of the sale don’t have a clue what I want.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup. Item was in stock and they had the color I wanted. When I arrived to the store I used the app to let them known was there. There were not many cars in the parking lot at that time. It took awhile for them to bring out the item. The associate was friendly and did apologize for the wait. Overall it was a good experience.

Well stocked clean store with excellent customer service. The Geek squad staff was able to diagnose my broken my desktop computer. The knowledgeable and skilled staff repaired my computer with the necessary parts they had in stock and bring it back my computer back to life quickly in just a few days.

Total tech membership has been made an even better deal once you're a total tech member everything that I know of you buy that is electronic you automatically get a 2-year extended warranty you can also bring in your computer anytime to the computer desk they will do simple things with it or they will build you a computer with all the parts you bring them or change out your parts no charge. The picture is of the computer one of five but they have been building and maintaining and changing parts whenever we want for over 5 years

They sanitize frequently, every station has cleaners at it, I'd say they're doing a great job of disinfeting

Ya it's through the the webpage. Best buy uses Citi bank for there credit cards. For the link to the website Best buy will send you a email. They also should give you a pamphlet in store. Also when you get the card in the mail it will show you how to pay for it.
Yes you can, use Best Buy's hual-away service for a fee. You can you use other local services like 1-800 RECYCLING
Yes they do, you can bring in your console for your best bet on how much you're getting for it. In my opinion check there and gamestop sometimes ones better than the other.
If you take a look at their online store, you can see what's available online and in stock at their stores. Generally speaking, no, stores don't carry much in terms or musicals instruments or accessories. Not that I have found in the past anyway. Good luck.
