Came as a walk in for my daughter and they checked me in quickly and i waited curve side and not too long after I got a call that they had to follow protocol and swab my baby and 15 mins later they called saying I could come in. Wait time in the room wasn’t too long either. The Doctor was very nice and I told him my worries and my baby’s symptoms and how her regular doctor hasn’t been a good help and how they have me go back and forth for weeks and how they didn’t want to see my baby until 1 month so I went to doctors on duty. The doctor found out my baby’s ears had an infection and prescribed antibiotics. Overall, I had a very satisfied experience. Thank you to all the girls and doctor that were there 5/12/22 around 4pm for helping my baby girl. After giving her first dose of antibiotic, it is the first night that she’s sleeping peacefully:)

Everyone was helpful and nice. We went in urgently because my child broke their wrist. The x-ray tech was great and knowledgeable. The nurse was wonderful also. Thank you to the front desk for getting us in. Much thanks to Dr. Luder for taking such great care of my son.

Each time I have visited this location I have found there to be a long wait before being seen which has been a drawback, but once in the check in system the Doctors on Duty on South Main is professional and well organized. Yesterday I needed to have my hand examined and though the wait was over an hour, when I was seen the Medical Assistant, PA and Radiology Tech all were professional and courteous. I would recommend this one place but be prepared to wait.

Good Afternoon, Yes, we do have x-ray facilities at this location. Please feel free to call the clinic to confirm the x-ray techs daily schedule and availability. We are sorry to hear about the patient's rib pain but are happy to help.
We collect a $200 deposit at the time of service. At the end of your visit, we can give you a itemized receipt with your balance or refund you the difference. The total is dependent on the services provided.

Yes, absolutely can be seen without insurance. You will be asked to pay after you've been seen by the medical provider.
Doctors on Duty accepts CCAH or the "Alliance" coverage, which is the managed Medi-Cal program in Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties. However, to be seen at Doctors on Duty, you have to be "assigned" to DOD by CCAH. If you have an "urgent" medical need, you will require authorization from your CCAH Primary Care Physician or approval from the CCAH Nurse Advisory Line.
