They dont but a quick Google will give you at least 6 rescues in this area that are always looking for forever homes for poochies. Mcminnville for instance has a mastiff rescue. I also know theres a bloodhound one and greyhound one between here and Portland
Just cats and kittens. Maybe try Marion or Polk County animal shelter or the Willamette humane society for a dog ?
