While shopping for a new Traeger, we compared prices and looked on the Traeger site. Only one store in the area was rated as a Platinum Dealer, and it's right on River Road! From the moment I talked to Chuck, met their friendly dog, and saw the incredible range of products, I knew I would be supporting our local store! He knows these products inside and out; every tip he gave us was exactly correct; and he wanted to know our experiences so far when we stopped in for more toys! We are loving our grill - the incredible accessories, the great storage and add-ons, the remarkable cleaning spray (seriously, it's amazing - like an infomercial!), and the range of food we can prepare on our new Traeger Timberline grill. The app and support from Traeger are very convenient, and the materials in the box (which turns into a log cabin for kids) were extremely well laid out and helpful. Chuck made us several great deals from initial purchase to refills and spices and is always good for a smile and some great advice. One thing that's really nice about Chuck's BBQ is that Chuck is a user of the product as well as a dealer so when you come in to Chuck's BBQ store you're getting a chance to talk with someone who really knows the product, who knows the accessories, who understands the various flavors of pellets, spices, sauces, rubs, and all the accoutrements to go along with your Traeger grill. I got my first traeger a week ago and I haven't stopped using it for 7 days straight with meats, veggies, and experimenting all the way. Chuck was an invaluable source of knowledge and information very helpful in selecting products and the one thing we loved is that with every purchase he throws in a cover, a shelf, and your first bag of pellets. So good. If you are looking for a a well-educated shopping experience versus a box store with an added excellent selection of products and cooking accessories this is the place to go
