Fantastic service. I went to buy a game for my nephew & get some new headphones. The employee that was there that day is named Kevin & he had outstanding customer service skills. He greeted every single person that walked into the store. If he was helping one customer,he would acknowledge the other customers in line with a "I'll be right with you after I help this person". He would go out of his way to make sure you were helped. Great customer service is always a great skill to have and something I always notice & remember. I feel he deserves some recognition. My local Wal-Mart as well as Wal-Mart dot com charged me twice and the day of delivery let me down. Gamestop was able to find and sell me one in time for our kids Christmas! Thank you Gamestop! Merry Christmas!

Used games are priced quite high, 5 dollars of retail, sometimes I was given pennies for trade in when they marked up to 20$ for example 26 cent credit. I also would be careful when reserving I bought my son 35 anniversary of Mario 3d but no promo item included for controller of switch. I sadly after so many years of shopping here suggest ebay, amazon, walmart, and Game Crazy, and others for fair pricing and selling of our games.

Staff working today were very helpful and knowledgeable on everything we asked about. Our credit card ended up getting locked during our purchase and Evelyn was gracious enough to put the item on hold for us. Thank you so much for having patience with us and being kind. New favorite Game Stop because of the 2 employees Evelyn and Sky working today.

It depends cash value is how much cash they can give you for it right away and the credit value is for the stores trade in credit program where you can use the trade in credit on anything in the store and on the website
Only if you want the same game for another system so if you have games you dont want anymore you can trade them in without a receipt just follow the instructiions
