My phone was stolen and the officers found my phone within about 45 minutes of being missing. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I’m usually very skeptic of police officers due to negative experiences, but these guys were wonderful. Wish I’d gotten their names to give, thank you!

They've always been extremely gentle when speaking with me. Often, they asked me " if the handcuffs were too tight?". Also, their patrol vehicles are extremely clean, and spacious. It's quite the treat when they ask you what radio station you would like to listen to, while on your enchanting trip to MCCF. ANYWAYS, I plan on being arrested by them again in the future!

I have lived in the Salem Keizer area for about 35 years the last 16 being in Keizer. I have only once been pulled over by a Keizer officer for what he thought had been me talking on my cell phone. It's a legitimate stop. He sent me on my way after I showed him my phone. Other than that, I pass them frequently, have followed behind them, have had them in back of me and not once have I been stopped. I pass Cummings School several times per day and as long as I am doing 20mph, they don't stop me. Their job is to stop you when you don't use your turn signal (it's not optional equipment on your car), stop you if you don't obey posted speed limits, stop you if you are ageneral knucklehead on the road. Maybe a little respect for the job they are doing will get you a lot further with an officer when stopped. My guess is that you have an attitude when stopped instead of being respectful. What I have found is that they are very responsive when called, friendly and caring. I support them and rely upon them when needed.

When they are giving everyone Tickets or Summons (Extortion Notices) for "Victimless Crimes" (Failure to use Turn Signal, "Speeding", Improper Lane Changes, and related) or falsifying reports under the illusion of Safety or Security for the same people they "Swore under oath to Protect and Serve. What is their true purpose these days? Ask yourself do you feel safer when they are behind you? BE HONEST!

West Salem clinic is great (NWHS) I DONT suggest the mission since you can't pray the addiction away, and Marion county may as well be the free clinic...the ones that usually hand out the opiods to begin with. Theres also some great NA and AA groups here locally. Id be doing the 30 in 30 to build the support you'll need to get through withdrawals.
Lol report it to the non emergency services, stolen properly
