If people make an appointment online and check in on time there shouldn't be a problem. I go to this location frequently and I have NEVER seen a walk in go ahead of me, maybe it was a drop off?. You can look at the board to see the wait time. I can't imagine a person sitting at the front answering multiple calls at the same time as answering all the grouches waiting! I just went in again yesterday and had a lovely young lady take good care of me with a very friendly attitude.

I went on a Saturday due to my busy schedule. Unfortunately the service we received once we got greeted was off to a bad start the older lady not sure if it's Melinda but she told us to wait and maybe we can be see but appointments were first ,so after waiting for more than 1 hour I was finally told that there was no way I could be seen,After finally being able to talk to IVY she came to my aid since I was already under alot of pressure because of my blood results she made me feel safe and resolved my problem actually taking my feelings into consideration. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME TO HELP ME .
