This service repair service is less than professional. My 88 yr old father called to schedule an appointment on May 23rd and the only appointment date they had was today June 2 between 1-5PM. Why did they cancel his appointment at 5PM and rescheduled to the 6th? This is unacceptable!

Service provider was very professional, on time and completed repair in about 30 minutes. The part cost was $30 but labor was $249!! Seems a bit excessive.

I'm sorry I can't help you. I've used Sears to install a new electric cooktop I bought from sears. In addition, i have a service contract for repair of one of Sears' elliptical exercise equipment. For both items, they have done a very good job. Probably a good handyman would work too. Good luck.
