I brought my car in to see if they could figure out an intermittent issue I was having with my brakes. My husband is mechanical but could not figure it out. In all honesty, I personally planned on having to bring it in multiple times because I wasn't sure if it would act up for them because sometimes it would had multiple times a day or multiple days where it was fine. They were able to diagnosis it right away and after several weeks, I have not had the issue. In addition, they diagnosed a radiator leak that I chose to have them fix. The repairs were all done in a timely manner. I liked the text message report I received with detailed issues and pictures and they were color coded according to the seriousness. I had asked them to look into the air conditioning and I appreciated their honesty with what the outcomes could be and the associated costs. Even though I chose to not repair that, they were gracious and not pushy. I will definitely use Trinity for future car repairs.

I was looking for a mechanic out of the city. One of my factors was how responsive Trinity was with positive and negative reviews and how they handled themselves. When I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic I was very impressed with the diagnostic platform they used. They took pictures of their inspection and explained the issues they found in a scale. Once we talked on the phone they didn't try to push extra work that could be done but focused on the problem I wanted addressed. They actually could have sold me on more major repairs but wanted to do a small fix that would help the rest of the systems. Very pleased with the way they handled this. I already a bringing my other vehicle to them for some improvements and repairs.

I have been to this shop twice now and bought a car from them over 5 years ago that I still love! Since my first visit, I’ve tested out other shops as well as I’ve been through two more cars. I can confidently say I’ve received the best service all around through Trinity and the amazing team they have. One of my favorite aspects after each visit is the summary they send you via link. It’s so detailed and left me feeling secure with my vehicle. They’re super nice and will answer any questions you have and even have opportunities to save money the more you visit! I trust them with my vehicle and will continue to come back :).
