PCR test after 72 hours for fully vaccinated Canadian citizens and permanent residents to get into Canada. To get into US, they have to be fully vaccinated Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
Still need a covid PCR negative test within the last 72hrs and proof of vaccination, for going into Canada you must also fill out the arrivecan app
