When they first open up, is the best time to go. The later it gets the more packed with people it becomes. If I get there when it is packed I order drinks and my food at the bar.
3 and 6
There is always a wait the earlier the better I got there when they opened.
Or sit at the bar.
Before 6 or after 9
They don't take dinner reservations on weekends. Your best bet is to come early and expect to wait.
Generally speaking there is a wait, so if you are not able to make a "reservation" and you are traveling, your best bet is to just call in advance the day of.
