Water never got hot in the shower. Water got warm fr the sink, buy only if the shower was off and never lasted long. Front desk didn't have any extra towels to give after the pool, so had to wall to walk up to the room dripping wet.

Room was pretty dirty with mold, garbage in places they missed cleaning, and filthy curtains. I will say the linens smelled super clean. Breakfast was decent. The pool rules are just awful. My son got up early to swim to find out pool doesn’t open until after check out. I see why they do it as there seems to be a lot of questionable guests here, but put it on your site. We picked this hotel to swim. Lots of rules at this place so you can tell they have had problems. No thanks.

Rooms are quite and clean. Water pressure and toilet pressure is strong. The bed felt firm and quite which was great. The best part was the breakfast. Pleasantly surprised on the taste and quality of the breakfast. Coffee machine was on point. The biscuits and gravy were restaurant quality. The eggs and sausages were done right. Waffles are always a staple of hotel breakfast. The only negative for us was the entrance door close to our room was not working properly. We had to walk around the hotel to go inside. The hallway carpet was also dirty with debris but there was construction happening so is acceptable. The first floor hallways smelled like "skunk" but is hard to blame the hotel for that. The receptionists at night and day were very accommodating and warned us about the possible door not working. Overall I would visit this location again.

It served its purpose. We were looking for a room with a hot tub to accommodate 2 ppl. That's what this was. It was a decent room. No cable....so not many choices for TV and the tub leaked. The carpet was wet all the way to the bed. We did let them know, but it was our assumption they already were aware. Otherwise, it was a relaxing getaway for a married couple looking for a change of scenery. The area is great for shopping and dining as well. Perfect.

I was invited as a Veteran of Army. Fiasco I think it's more like a college dormitory. Every other room has a Jacuzzi I don't know if they're feeling them or not, but I was told that there's no smoking in the pool. I took that as a challenge, so I took Tennessee underneath the water to see if he stay lit. It didn't

As a guest at the hotel currently, i can say the remodel is done but its not for the better. The standards have plummeted here. Our room didnt have hot water until i complained about it and they turned up our water heater. They advertised a hot tub... But they are currently using it to store excess toilet paper. I wont be coming back.
