The management was very nice very friendly very helpful and the room was very clean, breakfast was very good it even included an omelette bar. I wish I could get one of those pillows. The mattress was kind of old but that was fine for me someone who needs a firm mattress probably wouldn't be happy with it.

It was a horrible experience. We got in late, our t.v. or phone wasn't working. We requested housekeeping on the way out the next morning and the housekeeper tried to give me the towels to take to the room. The housekeeper for our last couple of days was awesome. They didn't try to compensate us in any type of way, instead the manager said people do this all the time. So don't expect any compensation for your inconvenience

It's a basic hotel. It was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the breakfast was decent. For being stuck in Chicago due to flight issues, it did it's job.

Came here to celebrate my 25th birthday with my partner. Rooms were okay . Walls are thin, so you can hear others having $ex which is expected at a hotel. Breakfast was good . Bagels were hard . Should be quality checked . Felt a bit of discrimination from an employee. My partner tried to inform him of the omelette maker being on and physically smoking . He was upset that we were even taking to him. Shaking his head , smacking his lips. If your a person of color , maybe stay away from him . Front desk man here on Sunday 1/23 morning was excellent, very kind and his omelette was amazing ! He said goodbye too us. I wrote this review sitting in the lobby . My partner and I said goodbye to them both and still the rude one didn’t respond lol. Maybe go back to 1945, we only demand respect. We were not loud. Well all in all , I might stay again and just avoid the crabby man ! I
