Food was cold they made another order was hot. Savory food

Not a question, but not surprised. Have had similar service many times & changes/adjustments to orders never questioned or denied.

I was there Monday with 6 other ladies. The service was excellent and the food was divine. Only had a 10 minute wait.

Never had a problem with my food

I have yet to experience cold entrees, but I have only been here twice. Our waitress was on point with clearing empty plates. She kept the drink refills coming. In addition she was kind, professional, and very accommodating. There was no wait for seating, and food service was prompt.

The food is delecious always lil expensive

It's a different experience each visit. I've experienced cold food multiple time, good service multiple times, long waits is the norm anytime on the weekend, and always a delay. It just really depends because the experience is not consistently on point absolutely NOT

We had to wait about 2 hours before we were seated inside the restaurant but once we got in there the service was really great i always go there once a year we never had any problem with the waitress they are so nice i give It 5 thumbs Up..

We enjoy dinner there each time we visit the restaurant.

Pappadeaux is alway accommodating. I love going here.

We sat down to eat and ordered drinks and an appetizer before our dinner. We were talking got our drinks, a short time later the appetizer came. The waiter apologized for the delay and said they were taken off the bill. We weren't even wondering where it was...ive had great service there.
