Last month Keen replaced a pair of boots and allowed me to select a different shoe and added 2 pairs of socks. Very easy to deal with. Very helpful. It is why I have 6 pairs of Keens.
Keen has gone WAY downhill the last few years. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and quality is not what it used to be. I have also had issues with weak stitching and glue failing on all of my last few pairs. Anyway, if you order online, you have to return online. If you buy in-store, you can return in-store. They don't allow buying online and returning in-store, unfortunately.
Yes, they try to be very helpful there. It's an interesting place.
I think they can replace them in the store if they have that model boot.
If they carry the boot, you'll find folks that will be excited to replace the defected shoe - not always the case. My wife was successful a few years ago for the same glue defect on some walkers, replaced here. Her new pair is still kicking I forgot to mention, you're looking for the KEEN Garage next door (literally) to this maps address
Same here....stitching came apart and I walked them into the store and they replaced them. I did have my receipt.
