Today was my first time EVER buying work boots. I went to 2 other stores before here and they either didn't carry women's work boots, or didn't have my size because I have incredibly small feet. I was so happy to have came here because not only did they have boots that met my new jobs requirements but they also carried my super small size!! The customer service was super nice and so willing to help me. Also suggested some really good socks for the boots. Tomorrow will be my first day at ups. Wish me luck and thank you for the help!!

I bought a pair of keen San Jose 6 inch boots at one of their suppliers and they’re the most painful boot I have ever worn. The part of the boot where the tongue attaches to the boot by the ankle digs into my ankle so hard that it’s rubbed them raw. I’ve given them a week and a half to break in and no change. I can only tolerate working in them for 3-5 hours at a time before it becomes too painful to walk. I can’t lace them up all the way for the ankle support I was looking for - the pressure on this piece of the boot is too much. Because I bought them at an affiliate and not directly from Keen, they won’t accept a return to the company. And the store doesn’t consider this to be a defect - simply a comfort issue, so I can’t return them there either. So I’m out about $200 - an entire weeks worth of pay at my second job. I bought these on recommendation from coworkers and positive reviews online. I’m not happy they didn’t work out for me but I’m even less happy that the company can’t do anything about it. I’m going to switch back to using Salomon products. They have been fairly good quality through the years and I’ve dealt with their warranty department before - excellent service and they stand by their product no matter where it was purchased.

Homeless, I rocked a pair of used chacos for 4 years. I recently saved my bum earnings to purchase a new pair of boots they have not even lasted a month. 1 months and they are destroyed a

Love this place! Super friendly staff along with great selection of socks, shoes, work boots and a little workwear. We will definitely come back again! We are visiting from South Dakota and have to come here as one of our must have stops.

Yup
Absolutely. My son found the only shoe he can wear there. He has wide feet and couldn't find any other shoe. They helped him immensely. Very good people there. And they do have a few choices of insoles..
You could go there but any outdoorsy place should be able to help. Not worth that drive in Portland just for that. But it is a great place to visit and shop regardless.
Its not a discount outlet store, and I'm not sure what the return policy is.
Last month Keen replaced a pair of boots and allowed me to select a different shoe and added 2 pairs of socks. Very easy to deal with. Very helpful. It is why I have 6 pairs of Keens.
Hello... yes they do. I went to them to pick up a particular steel toed boot that is made in USA. This pair is also sold on Zappos and such, BUT I could not find if those sellers are selling the USA made pairs.
I have worn Keens for about ten years maybe more. I buy their waterproof models and they become waterlogged after maybe 30 minutes of standing in water intermittently. For that work I put on my Whites. I can stand for hours straight in 10 inches of water and I'm still dry.
Why would you want Mack boots? I drive a Mack at work and wear Keen boots, all I can say is I wish Keen built trucks too lol.
Sizes 3 and 4 should be available in most styles T this location
I love my Keen's, but the pairs I own would be too heavy for the gym.
