Do they help you out with the rite boot and help you choose the right in sole for u. The reason why i ask is because my feet hurt so much that it would be nice is that i can get some insoles that Will help take some of the pain away.

Absolutely. My son found the only shoe he can wear there. He has wide feet and couldn't find any other shoe. They helped him immensely. Very good people there. And they do have a few choices of insoles..

My Pittsburgh boots both feel apart almost immediately...I no longer trust this company after 2 pairs feel apart within weeks of purchase.
