They do provide a written estimate up front. Although most veterinary procedures are expensive, this clinic is more reasonable than the one I used previously. Being a small clinic, the staff know their clients & are responsive to their questions.
They're happy to give estimates for anything and everything that is easily quantified! Over the phone CVH can give estimates for common services like vaccines, nail trims, ear cleanings, baths and doctor examinations and prescription refills. Most surgeries (including spays and neuters for pets over six months old) and other anesthetic procedures (growth removals and teeth cleaning, for example) require a doctor visit in order to provide a firm estimate. CVH usually has a free first exam/consultation special for new clients. Check their web site at www.cvhps.com to see if the offer is still valid.
