We have worked primarily with Michaela Voeller, who is extraordinarily responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She provided useful information as we considered policy type and coverage, and yet we never felt that she was invested in any particular options. She also helped us every step of the way, from completing the application to tracking down medical records to restarting the application after we changed our desired policy. All the way through, Michaela has been patient, proactive, easy to reach, and a pleasure to work with. When Michaela was briefly out of the office, Kevin Hayward touched base with the underwriters and kept us updated, and like Michaela, he was pleasant and attentive.
