Avoid this place at all costs! Helping the staff figure out how to care for patients is not acceptable. I can’t imagine a worse place for care when you’re sick

NEGLECTED. My story is too long to post here but I will simply say I was neglected by this ER. I will never return and I will never recommend anyone to go here. Cara the triage nurse has HORRIBLE bedside manners and the doctors just don't care.

Last Thursday I developed a small colon obstruction. The emergency room staff were expeditious and professional . I was in a bed and initially treated in less than 30 minutes. I was admitted and provided a private room immediately following the emergency room treatment. I was scheduled for surgery with Dr Rzeczycky at 1:00 on Friday which went exceedingly well. I was impressed with the entire staffs professionalism and the care provided. Thank you!

If I could give a zero I would!! I have tried reaching out to the hospital multiple times to talk about my care in their ER. Funny… no one responds.I’m not surprised. I’m not going into all my details but.. I was so sick feeling I asked if they had a place I could lay down.. was told no ma’am, really it’s a Sunday morning at 6:30 am, I’m the only one in the waiting room and no place to let me lay down. So… I sat on their floor with my head on the chair seat for approximately 30 minutes!! Wouldn’t you think in an ER at a hospital someone would check on you. Well… they didn’t. If the hospital wants to verify I’m telling the truth.. check your Er cameras for Sunday, July 3, 2022. So much for compassion or kindness. Then I was Covid tested and sat in a chair in the hallway to wait for results. Never was taken to a room to lay down. If you need medical attention… I’d go anywhere but here!!
