I work out on the regular and didn’t want to miss a week of the gym while on vaca with my family. Lava 24 was exactly what I was looking for! Staff and members were welcoming and friendly, trainers - Julie and Sammy were awesome and motivating, and the small training classes were well organized and kicked my butt!

Vacation is not a vacation or me without having this awesome gym. I have been buying weekly pass for 5 Years in row during my stay on Hilton Head. Absolutely in love with Garage Gym and all equipment they have. Super friendly stuff and you feel like you r home when you r there. 1000% recommend to all. ❤️

This gym is awesome starting with the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. They have every type of equipment, class, and workout areas. Affordable too! Massage chairs are a bonus! Best gym on HHI!

Great gym! Used facility as a visitor for the week. Lava Fusion class is a great circuit training class too. Staff was super friendly, accommodating and hospitable. Deff my gym of choice when I visit each year.

Hi Teresa! We have senior discounts and classes, but do not use silver sneakers.
$15 a day or $45 for the week, there are also more options for classes and/or 24 hour access :) Hope to see you soon!
They might answer but this is a public space not owned by the business. I was there in September and paid 45 for a week. They have a daily rate too, but at 4 days or more, the weekly rate was a better deal.
At Palmetto Dunes location.
A day pass is $15 and a week pass is $45
