As I am a brand new tenant and in my wonderful new home I just moved in 3 days ago my experience so far has been really good. The staff has been extremely helpful and maintenance has attended to my needs very quickly. I've already met my nearest neighbor I think things are going to go well.

Advertised as a gated apartment community, the automated front gate has been broken for three months and remains open 24-hours a day. The central dumpster and recycling area is consistently overflowing and in complete disarray. They have a valet trash collection service that requires you to utilize a container provided for the service, yet there are numerous residences where trash bags are left on the ground and accumulate. A bag of garbage was spilled in the entryway of the apartment building, and the trash was not cleaned up for over two weeks. Customer service is not a concept that the management office understands. 1/5 stars, I do not recommend.

I will post my full review after moving, out of fear of oppression from the managers and maintenance staff. I legitimately feel concern for my family's well being from the management. I am also going to work on getting this place blacklisted on base. They intend to raise rent without addressing current issues such as it not being a gated community, limited or no access to the venues listed like gym or pool, and just very unreasonable response time to notices to enter. The majority of the community are Soldiers. We deploy or go to train in service of our nation, the fact this corporation refuses to compromise or even attempt to communicate with us makes me believe they don't deserve our business.

This was my first „home“ in the US and I must say it was quite disappointing. The manager (I believe her name is Judie) is ABSOLUTELY rude. Literally every time that you have a question her answer includes the words 'you should know that' lmao. I mentioned broken glass and a plastic bottle that was filled with urine next to the apartments where you walk your dogs, I believe it was thrown over the fence from the trailer park that is touching the complex. The maintenance team even cut the grass in that area but nobody bothered to clean it up FOR WEEKS. It’s very loud since the parking is right in front of the apartments so be prepared to wake up multiple times at night. Overall a really really bad experience especially for that price!! When you move out they don’t Walk through the apartment with you and send you a short notice why you won’t get your full deposit back weeks later. They’ll charge you for sth like a COVID cleaning fee (which should definitely not be sth you have to pay for!!) and a carpet cleaning fee even if you had the carpets getting cleaned before. Wish I could give less than one start lol.
