They are forced to go. Once their they are a detaine until they go to court. They are watched and observed. Anything they do will be written the good and the bad. As I tell them you do not want to get a bad write up because it will go to court. Once they find out they are committed that is when they really get pist off, because they thought Once leaving prison they got to go home and they do not.
