I have been with Rovers for 14 years and they are the best company I have ever worked for! And trust me, I have worked many jobs before finding a home here. Managers and supervisors are kind and would give the shirt off your back if you asked for it. I would recommend this company to anyone. I definitely plan to retire with this company. Go Rovers!

Rover’s handled bag check, gate, ID check, alcohol monitoring, entry to ticketed areas & backstage at a music festival in Pendleton all weekend. The festival didn’t have a big staff so Rover’s was the primary presence - no crowd problems and their staff kept a chill but clear presence.

Great company to work for. Customer service comes first and not all company's feel that way these days! I would not only recommend these guys for employment but for any Security needs. They are on top of thier game and would hire them in a second. It was a pleasure working for these guys and look forward to another chance In the future.

Yes you can!
As the hiring manager for Rovers Security, I would love to help you with your question! You can work for us as either an unarmed security officer or as a member of our event staff. Becoming a security officer would mean more opportunity for work since that is our main business here. As a member of our event staff team, work would be more seasonal, but you wouldn't have to go through the process of getting a security certification. In order to become a licensed security officer in the state of Oregon, you need to meet 3 minumum requirements. 1) be at least 18 years old 2) have a HS diploma or GED 3) pass a background check. If you meet all these criteria, the next step, is that you must attend a 14 hour training class with a state certified instructor and at the conclusion of the exam, you must pass a 50 question mulitple choice test. The application fee is $105 and the instructor usually charges a fee anywhere from $50-$175. Our company assists with these costs.
