I have had the best experience with the team at Weston Kia from my interactions with Lorrie to get me scheduled to view the car I wanted to see, to my awesome salesman Denny, and my shorter interactions with Benny and the manager Hector. They have managed to maintain that awesome customer service that a lot of the big lots lack. I came in wanting something cheap but dependable to upgrade from my 2004 Honda Accord, having a set monthly payment in mind. I was planning a 2012-2014 car. I am leaving with an AMAZING 2016 Kia with 70k miles on it and payments that are not too much more than I was wanting for the 2012. I would also like to say, I believe his name is Mike, our financing agent was also awesome! He made it painless to get everything handled and went over all the warranty options. I know a lot of dealership warranties are misleading but the tier we went with, after reading the small print too, it is a pretty good deal. I was able to find the perfect used car for me that didn’t break the bank. I would recommend Weston Kia-GMC to anyone. (Yes we were totally dressed as elves lol! 🧝♀️🚗Headed to a renaissance faire after finishing up the paperwork last minute.)

Absolutely made the car buying experience a pleasure. Shaun my salesman worked with me for months on the buying the Kia Sportage with the right trim for my needs, worked with me on the price and the interest rate so I could afford the purchase price. He keep in regular contact with me on the delays in shipping because of the chip shortage ect. The buying process was very detailed. My salesman spent hours with me explaining a lot of the technical features of the car (which are many) and made feel comfortable with such a large purchase for me. I would highly recommend Weston Kia for anyone interested in buying a Kia.

Daniel is the best sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. Weston Kia is an amazing family business. They are genuine and kind and empathetic. I have great respect for this company which I can’t say about everyone. The only thing I wish they would’ve done differently is tell me in advance there was a $5000 markup on my car. I had just bought the exact same car several months earlier without the markup. I could have sold my other car for more had I known there was going to be a markup. Instead, I sold it for what I paid for it. Somehow, when I was signing the paperwork I missed the price differential because I assumed it was the same as the previous one so I wasn’t scrutinizing the numbers to carefully. In fact, my payment was slightly less due to a lower interest rate. My fault, I know. But I think that should’ve been pointed out to me. Another factor that bothered me a bit was they forgot to order my roof rack with the car. That expense would have been financed into my total purchase price but instead it sounds like I’m going to have to pay for that out of pocket as an aftermarket add-on. Again, I’ve been paying close attention during the signing I would’ve asked to see that detail. But since I ordered the car exactly like the previous one, I assumed my directions were followed.
