I was at the Wall Mart in Spokane today on Sprauge and i approached the securitas security guard to ask about someone in the store who was absolutely acting a fool.. The security guard in question was as rude as can be. As a business owner myself I was apalled, for sure if he was my emoloyee he would be fired on the spot. It is sad to see this type of person representing a company.

Absolutely horrid service and an even worse moral compass. On 08/07/2018 at the Spokane, WA Walmart on Colton, a pathetic excuse for a security agent barred civilians from allowing a dog that was locked in a hot car- with the window cracked about one centimeter, in 103 degree weather- access to water. It is a class 2 civil infraction under RCW 7.80.120 to leave or confine any animal unattended in a motor vehicle or enclosed space if the animal could be harmed or killed by exposure to excessive heat, cold, lack of ventilation, or lack of necessary water. It's understood that civilians cannot legally break the window (even though they absolutely should be able to) but to then keep them from even giving this poor animal water to hydrate it, despicable. Walmart, Securitas, and this specific "officer" should be ashamed of themselves and he should face some kind of punishment for this moral wrongdoing.

Was at walmart and lo and behold, there was a dog locked in a hot car for almost an hour when it was like... 100 degrees outside. My phone read 103. How lovely? Not for the dog. The windows were open like a SLIVER. the dog was screaming. The security guard tried to say the dog was just excited because people were outside but if you know third grade science you probably know how flaming hot cars can get in the sun. Mall cop probably would have been screaming too after 30 minutes, especially covered in poodle fur. security guy clearly didnt know thermodynamics. Whatever right? he is just a mall cop. BUT He said he "took a reading" of the shadow beneath the truck and deemed it "not a problem".. the shadow under the car is obviously going to be cooler than the isolated, insulated, oven of a truck. is that rocket science???. so they didnt call the cops. Yet when we called the cops AND animal control they said they would have removed the dog because it was dangerously hot, and would have been on their way already if they weren't tied up with OTHER DOGS LOCKED IN OTHER CARS. IT WAS OBVIOUSLY A PROBLEM ALL OVER TOWN. Yet the security company was so incompetent they deemed it a non issue and decided to sit around and threaten people with arrest for trying to help this defenseless animal. Also noted... the security guard supposedly said he would have busted the window open if it was a baby but not if it was a... dog? So therefore he knew the temperature was dangerous (supposedly) he just wasnt worried because it was a dog. Also "best security around"? DEAR MANAGEMENT HAVE YOU READ ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS????
