Good place. Be prepared to work tho. This place isn't McDonald's. 90% of temporary workers quit. Most young people have a tough time adjusting to factory life.

Depends what department you work in. Some shifts are 6am to 2 pm or 7am to 3pm. Second shift has a 2 pm and 3 pm starting time and 3rd shift is usually 11pm to 7 am. But any over time changes all the start times.

Needing forklift drivers, will hire as full-time. General production workers get hired through Innovative Staffing Solutions. They have a website to apply. With good attendance you can get hired full time in about 6 months to1 year. ISS pays 13 ish per hr. With .25 cents per shift differential. Good place to work.
I work on the other side of the street we don't have that problem.

You have to start your application online and then after they accept your online application you receive a phone call telling you to arrive at ISS in Nashville behind subway. Google search Innovative Staff Solutions and Nascote apply online or something. It's what I did, no lie
