U get holidays but they are not paid because u get a PIP check. That's a check that if the company makes money they split it up between their employees and the temporary employees. And ISS considers that PIP check to cover your holidays so in their minds you are getting paid holiday pay. But when you have that check in your hand and you go through the holidays that you have not been paid for and that check is in the amount of let's say $200 and you missed Christmas and Thanksgiving as a paid holiday that pip check is not going to cover those two days this pathetic. Typically you work for the temp service for about a year before you get hired on full-time. Now if you start running into Point trouble, they give you seven points before they fire you, but they will not even look at you if you have four or more points. Magna/nascote is not a bad gig compared to some of the other factories out there.
