What is the starting pay rate through ISS..I an currently working. The job I am at pays pretty good but the level of stress makes it a bit hard to deal with. My attendance is extremely good.

13.21 1st shift 13.51 second 13.71 midnights

yes its around $13 p/h depending on shift... after 8months i bid on a fulltime opening and got hired by Nascote... average time to hire in is about 1yr as basic production worker faster if u bid on a skilled position or drive fork lift

It was over $13 per hour plus shift differential

It can take 8 months - 2/3 yrs to get hired.
