I service my X5 there, which was purchased at another dealership and have had a loaner for all my visits. Although, each one of my services took more than a day to fix. Dave had been my service handler every time and has been great.
Yes, as long as it's a car you bought from them. Dealerships are finicky about handing out their loaners since some people dont take care of it like it's theirs. They also have a shuttle too. Last time I got driven around it was in a new X5. Driver was very professional.
Yes as long as you have insurance they will give you a loaner. I have a 2004 X5 that I bought from a private owner and anytime I need service I leave with a car. I also bought a 2011 X5 from Audi of Lynnwood that Fife BMW also will service and give me a loaner the only thing is you have to make an appointment for your loaner to make sure they have one for you.
