WOW. Service here is above and beyond anything I've experienced whether it be BMW, Mercedes or Ferrari. I drove in after a long thousand mile road trip...low on fluids and they immediately got my fluids back up to level. I made an appointment for an oil change and we were out of there in 20 minutes. Offered us water as well as coffee. When I went back for the oil service, again they greeted us immediately and guided us through whatever process we needed to get our BMW in for service. They also made sure I had a bag to transfer my belongings to the loaner and when I returned it they also checked the loaner and found items that I had left...they called me and had them ready to go. Extremely friendly, extremely helpful.... especially those young people in the service drive when you first arrive. I also thought the video inspection that they emailed me was innovative and helpful to my understanding of the condition of my vehicle. They were also able to get a back ordered new tire for me in 48 hours. Amazing. Charlie and Elizabeth were great as was the rest of the team.

I’ve own and driven Luxury Vehicles, because I know when I take my BMW for services. I like being treated with 5 Stars from the professional that work at the dealership to how the facility looks, to the service that provide and the amenities. I had taken my BMW for service and when a mistake had been made they own it and do all what they can to fix it and make it great for their customers. Purchasing vehicles at BMW Northwest and specifically with Jimmy Barber is the best purchasing experience ever. I've purchased several vehicles through Jimmy and he is always top notch. He goes above and beyond to keep you informed, he'll always try to give you the best deal possible, and he'll always work with you on making a deal happen. Every staff member I've worked with at BMW Northwest from Service, to Parts, the BMW Genius, financing and anyone else that I may have missed has always been a pleasant experience. In a day and age where good customer service is becoming harder to find, thank you BMW Northwest and Jimmy Barber for making the car buying and servicing experience so wonderful!

The sales team were super efficient and stayed on top of communication. Their patience throughout the application process was highly appreciated as well as their understanding of my time.constraints with work as well as Covid measures. Ken and Trevor did not miss a beat. When it was time to finalize the paperwork, Ken had the car ready for the test drive and Ron was prepared with necessary paperwork for completion. I think I was onsite less then an hour. Great customer service, courteous and appreciate thei strong Covid sanitation measures.
