Whats the average number of phone calls before the parts department answers the phone? Seems like 10 or 12 calls per answer for me.

Call parts and you will be rerouted to a customer service rep..dealt with them numerous times and sometimes its crazy to get a hold of someone or the answer your looking for..good luck

Call the main desk, there's usually only one guy working at any given time and he goes back and forth from the garage to the desk. They're usually pretty good at finding him and getting him on the phone.
