This place is awesome! There are so many neat finds here. Wonderful to give things a second life instead of wasting them. Whenever I need something for a building project they somehow always have exactly what I'm looking for and at an amazing price. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Great local resource and business

Love this store and the one in Seattle. Always find something cool

They have some unique things to look at. Of course there's the usual building materials like cabinets, doors, windows, tubs, sinks, appliances, and countertops. The things I really liked was, the big slices of old trees and the antique register covers. The staff was friendly and the place was organized. I only wish they were a little bigger and had more industrial stuff

Helpful staff both on the phone and in person. I bought a beautiful used kitchen cabinet with all the features I wanted for $55. The staff helped me load it and they really planned well for fitting it in my car.

Go there and be ready to put a hold or spend money for things very unique and the best customer service .
Mask required. They regularly clean.
Unfortunately, no. Railroad ties were generally soaked in creosote to prevent decay. While creosote is technically legal to sell second hand it can cause cancer when handled over time. Second Use's official stance is to stay away from anything treated with it.
Lots of windows. Look at their website and it will have dimensions and other info for pretty much everything they have in stock also you can save your favorites for easy look up on your phone when you go in. Quick tip for testing the seal of the window. Place a piece of ice on the outside for a minute or two if there is fog on the inside when you wipe it away the seal is bad so move on to a different window. You can do the same thing when buying a house to test all the windows.
