Great panini sandwiches on delicious bread. Very good prices on the breakfast sandwiches for $5 to $6. We visited on vacation and my 13-year old asked if we could eat every meal here.

Vegan Waffles are really good, crunchy and filling. They made me a vegan Chai latte that was to brag about as well! I appreciate that they accept digital payment methods like Apple Pay via square, cleaner and way easier over touching dirty cash. Good prices.

No, they now offer seating inside again! Masks are still required until you are seated at your table 👍
Red Elm is super safe. It's take out only last time I checked, all staff wears masks, and they provide hand sanitizer and plenty of space to socially distance while you wait for your order.
As Derek said, lot's of street parking. Don't remember there being a lot nearby.
You could call them and talk to the owner about the plant. She is usually there.
