One of the worst experience I’ve had with a pharmacy! Integrity is at an all time low when the pharmacy techs lie to the customers about the status of their prescription. I waited 5 days for an ankle brace to be “delivered”. Never came. I was told that it was on order and it would be tomorrow each time. I was told that it was in and would be delivered. I ended up having to pick it up or I would’ve been waiting until Monday (I hope) for the delivery. My knee is now affected by this. I have sent clients here to fill their soboxone scripts I’m the past and will now listen when they tell me that there’s issues receiving their scripts. Do better,

I went here for a vaccination. It was really busy, with a lot of people waiting all over the place, wherever they could find a spot to stand. The signage could have been a little better, but the staff figured out who was waiting (including me) and pretty quickly got us forms to fill out. After that it was a fairly short wait for my shot; they were processing people quickly and efficiently. The staff managed to stay on top of who needed forms and who was ready. They make a good team.

BUSY pharmacy = popular place. That translates to taking GOOD to VERY GOOD care of customers. With so many options, people go back to where they're treated best. Arrived on time for a COVID shot. There were a dozen plus customers in-store. More came in - as others departed. Can't tell how many customers were smiling with these dang masks, but I saw zero frowns. Counted at least 30 staffers, interacted with about 6. With all that motion everyone on staff was courteous and friendly. Intake, forms, follow up questions, injection, - I was in and out in 15 minutes along with another dozen or so customers. Some folks were there for Flu shots, others with varied pharmacy needs. Signs say someone on staff can speak several uncommon SE Asian languages. Must be true, I saw a staffer chatting with customers in a language I totally do not know. Pretty cool actually. Reception staffer told me she'd be with me in a minute -- and in less than a minute -- she was back. Very nice about everything, mentioning how busy they were. Asked another staffer about a big black rack/tower thing. Told it's a pill counting robot. They have half a dozen of them loading med packets for nursing homes etc. Definitely want a tour of those 'bots, someday. REALLY hate really getting shots, but even so, this was a 5-star experience.

The answers youll get here are from people that have been there, so to find out how the Customer Service is, this is the place to ask. As far as prices, a good idea would be to call directly and ask them to price check it for you! I hope that helps! If you need someone to call for you just let me know and i will. :)
