Joan, Like Sutter , I can no longer purchase those parts (wholesale). My suggestion is to use the "Dealer Locater" tool on Vermont Castings website, and find your nearest King Country representative.
I would call around for a price. I have had my done one time years ago and watched it a hawk to learn how to go about it myself. I would not pay again unless it was a two story house. For one story I would guess you would be looking around $150+/-. All the tools needed to do the job cost around the same. Good luck!
Call Wallace stoves. They got a guy. He is good, knows all the stoves. I'll be calling very soon for a pre winter check up and cleaning.

Chuck, An individual bag of pellets if $5.50. If you pre-buy a ton [50 bags] we will issue you a punch card for your convenience. The punch card is set up in minimum increments of 5 bags per punch. The price goes down to $4.70 per bag when you pre-buy the whole ton [$235 plus tax]. This gives you the best rate, and we store them for you.
