I would call around for a price. I have had my done one time years ago and watched it a hawk to learn how to go about it myself. I would not pay again unless it was a two story house. For one story I would guess you would be looking around $150+/-. All the tools needed to do the job cost around the same. Good luck!
They have a man than services it annually. Also,any problems, you can schedule with him. His card is at the checkout counter.
Jen, Our in-house service staff can replace the blower, fire brick, and secondary combustion tubes on a LOPI Freedom Bay wood insert. However, we do not clean the chimney or the stove - which is what a chimney sweep would do for the home owner.
