Store is good. Experience was good. Syd is good. I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, a staff greeted me and checked me in. A couple of minutes later Syd came and worked with me. Syd was smart, knowledgeable and pleasant. I got what I needed and enjoyed it. I noticed that some people who didn’t have an appointment seemed frustrated and unhappy, while I was satisfied and happy. My advice is make an appointment and get Syd.

I was put off by how long I had to wait, but it paid off when Keith came to help. He assisted me with purchasing my first iPhone. And he was truly helpful, courteous, and patient with all my questions and provided specific insights to my phone needs. He was thoughtful on looking away when I entered my passwords too. So happy I came in on the day he was working. The wait was understandable after I watched how the staff is assigned and worked. Greeters, sales, tech support, etc. I would make an appointment for my next visit now that I understand how the store operates to ease my own mind on wait time.

Came in about watch. No help. Called Apple support. They had me bring watch into the apple store. The Pple store went off info from my original visit not the info I gave from Apple support. Sent my watch out and didn't even look at it for the original issue. They sent it back to me. When I asked about the issue and it still had the issue They were like oops..we didn't even check that out. Wanted me to bring it back in and send it out again...whatever. the store, it's employees are so full of themselves and super snobby. If you aren't there to buy a new phone and spend money they could care less about you.

Prior to buying Apple products I had always heard about how great the Apple Store was. I assumed it would be a spot with helpful employees in a comfortable retail environment. It's not. The employees who have helped me when buying (over 2 years) my Apple watch, MacBook, iPhone, and now two iPad's have been completely disinterested. Whole experience was uncomfortable. "Stand here, wait for someone to come out..." When they do it was a 15 second transaction devoid of even basic "Good afternoon, how are you?" courtesy. It was like McDonald's. Scanned the item, asked if I wanted a receipt, then walked away. No customer service at all. Each time it was like this! I thought it was pandemic related but IDK, that's pretty much over and I was in and out today without getting a smile or hello or goodbye.

Yes you can make appointment and you should make one. You need appointment so you don't have to wait for so long.
Need help with my apple watch
Do Mercedes dealerships sell Chevies?
Sorry I don't know the answer to that question
You don't need to make an appointment. Go to the Mall and the staff will put you on their list while you're there and let you know when to come back(in a few minutes). It's that easy.
Hello, Patricia you don't need an appointment.
They don't buy phones i think
I would call to make sure and to verify you aren't charged. This is a very busy store and you either have very long wait times or you are required to make an appt. I would learn to update my phone just to stay out of the store- it's that busy.
I believe it is only a trade in. You’d get more selling yourself
There so rude, they need to look at the leadership. Just saying
No
Usually if you walked in they will schedule your appointment for Same day
Yes
We did have a schedule. I just don't know if they entertain walk ins after all the scheduled ones are attended to. The store was pretty secured. At least 3 security officers were manning the line. They took temps as well.
Usually cheaper to get a new one
In September of 2020 they were not open for the public to come in. By appointment only and all the appointments were all booked up.
I would call apple support and figure it out
Yes, apple can replace if you have apple care but there are multiple kiosk at the mall that will fix screens for extremely less than apple will without apple care.
I don't know you're going to have to give them a call and see how that works
Yes
Was this a promotion going on last year?
Could possibly be a short in the battery wiring. too bad you cannot get into them to test.
Enough to get you a used iphone 7😂
No. They are not replaceable.
Ur the local guide man, how do you not know?
Yes they start taking appointments around 9:45 am and open towards 10 am
Aro now
Yes they are still being sold in stores for up to 350.
Sometimes you can go down there mid week and walk right in without an appointment. But if an appointment is necessary you can do it online or on the phone.
You Would Have To Go To The Mall And Get The Information Their
They do sell AirPods. I'm not sure about needing an appointment or not, as I've only ever gone in for a Genius Bar appointment. I don't think you need an appointment to buy, though. You can walk in and the next available salesperson will come help you.
I believe they only sell products
No specials that I know of But service was great
As far as I know ,yes
I am sure you will find what you're looking for
Freshman, great app.
You can take it to the apple store or contact them by support. Since it's a 6s it's likely out of warranty but check the serial number if you still have it on checkcoverage.apple.com
Make an appointment with a Genius for an estimate.
Varies. They'll need to see it.
No they can't they only do sales in the store in the mall.if you have insurance go through your company.
Monday - Friday 10a - 9p Sunday 11a - 6p
Or set up an appointment.
That's a good question that's probably sending you got to go to the store and ask them
Typically yes... it's an easy online process from the store website.
They can only do it if you have your apple ID or proof of purchase of your device
Im not sure but you can email them they almost always reply
lm having trouble so I’ll find a store in person to help
That can be done at the Apple Store.
You're going to have to call them. Questions on here are only good for certain things. People that answer questions here are usually not employees of the company but rather people that have been to that store in past.
Yes
Your service provider unlocks your phone, if it's paid off and out of contract
Absolutely. Just so long as you're clear about that when you set up the appointment.
Go to the store and have the people open it so you can
Yes
Take it the store and speak with them in person
No you don't need an appointment but if they are busy you may have to wait
You can go to Apple website to set up an appointment or search for contact phone number to give them a call.
Call
Yes you can make it online
Not at the mall. Sell them on offer up or other online stores
Yes you can. This is a public forum. You would need to call Apple directly to make an appt or go online.
Ranges from 200-400 bucks
Call
Nope, you can get a password reset, but you have to have access to you email. Customer service can do that with a phone call.
