Where to begin. We chose to order customs vests for our wedding from Mens Wearhouse because we had groomsmen from all over the country coming to our wedding. They assured me that all the notes of what we wanted were entered into the system, and that all the guys needed to do was go to a Mens Wearhouse near them for a fitting and payment. Wrong. None of the notes were entered correctly. Some of our groomsmen called me while ordering to make sure they had the right specs — those vests were correct. The groomsmen that did not call me (which they shouldn’t have to per the Mens Wearhouse instructions) were able to choose whatever liner they wanted — so there were vests in our wedding with the wrong color and even one with a flamingo pattern. In addition to this communications nightmare, when my husband went to pick up his custom vest, the clerk told him they were about to donate it because he hadn’t come to pick it up. It was such a mess that it was laughable. Giving two stars because all the vests did fit, and my hubs was correct, although we almost didn’t have it for our day. 😂😅

I purchased a suit here today and am extremely pleased with the service I received. Jaylen was super knowledgeable, polite, and just a overall good dude. I usually hate buying a suit but Jaylen made the experience very easy. With the sale discount, I spent less on a custom suit than I would for an off the rack suit somewhere else, and it’s going to look 10 times better.

Just try another place, like Expressmen or even Nordstorm they sell some nice suits too. No one bothers to even ask you what you want there as soon as you walk in. The only ladies there stare at you as if you are there to steal. You are just left to go through the big junk of clothes all over. I came in a few weeks ago preparing for prom and unluckily i couldn't find my size at that, store. As a last choice, they had to call another store to bring in the size that worked for me. I waited for their call, but no return call until i went to the store 3 days later. To keep it short, try another store. Pull up your socks Men's wearhouse, you can do better.

I went in yesterday to pick up my son's tuxedo for prom. The pant was way too short and the sleeve of the jacket was too short and slanted. When I mentioned my concern about the slanted sleeve, the associate told me that this is how it's supposed to be. My husband wears a suit to work every day, I know how a jacket is supposed to fit. I had requested for an alteration from her and she went to grab a tailor. The tailor was so kind and helpful. She listened to my concern and actually ask me exactly how much adjustment I wanted. As we were discussing this the associate walk by and said to the tailor "Don't put too much effort into this, it's just a rental and not retail". I was furious, I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. If I had more time to go elsewhere and get my son another tuxedo I would of ask for a refund and walk right out. My initial visit and the tailor were great but because of that associate comment I am never coming back to this location again. I would rather pay more elsewhere then be disrespected that way. The only reason I am giving this a one star and not a zero is because the tailor did an amazing job with the alteration. The tuxedo fits my son like a glove.
