Great company. They work with you. It doesn't matter how bad your credit is. As long as you pay them on time, they will help you out. I had to have surgery and they helped me by pushing my payments back. Recently, my truck had to be repaired because my transmission went out and they paid for it to be repaired and then added it to my balance on my loan. This is a great company. I been to alot of places and this one is awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I went to the parkland office. Need a loan, I highly recommend united financial.

These guys are the best to work with. They truly care about their customers and help you so you do not get behind on your loan with them. With Covid-19 and waiting for unemployment to come in the last thing you want to worry about is paying bills or possibly losing your car. Nicole went the extra mile and helped me stay current and was very polite and cheerful. It says a lot about this locations people and management. I am very grateful for their help when I needed them. Hello Monique, Your grace period and late fee amount may vary based on the type of loan you have with us. Our hours are 9am-6pm PST, so if you can take a minute, please call the Tacoma office at 253-589-1922 and they can provide you with your grace period and late fee amount. They can also give you your account number if you'd prefer to make your payment online.
Hello Ryan, We report to the credit bureaus at the end of every month. If you have just paid your account off, the status of your account won't update with the credit bureaus until the end of February.
