Great things ::: friendly staff. He help to resolve my concerns about a room that I was checked in first. ::: indoor pool and spa. Need to be improved:::: All floor carpet need deep cleaning, room cleanliness need to be more detail clean, bed sheets had unknown stains, also my room floor had blood stains (the front staff said the stain was not blood though). Overall, this hotel is okay with the price, just the location is not so great, felt unsafe with family. many street people walking around.

I stayed last weekend. I wanted to give a shout out to Tanya the Manager. She was very professional and helpful on the phone getting my bill straighten out. The staff was great and the room was clean. My elderly mom loved the shower in 416. It made her getting the shower safe. We also really enjoyed the grab and go bags in the morning. Thank you for the stay. Will be staying again.

Let me tell y'all something. I rarely leave reviews, but James who works the front desk is a godsend, and he does his job very well. I made a mistake with my booking, and he was kind enough to address the issue both quickly and compassionately. He has the kindest disposition, and he has made my stay here very pleasant. Thank you so much, James! You are amazing! My children and I have something for you before we leave on the 23rd. If I could clone you and place one of you at each hotel I would! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! The rest of the staff is kind, and the rooms are very clean. Room service personnel are so nice, and the hotel is very well maintained. I have truly enjoyed my time here. The staff, amenities, and the treatment that we've gotten here have exceeded my expectations. If you're considering staying here...DO IT!

Room 320 Very dirty, dark and noisy. The location was great and it had great parking. But the halls and rooms were very dirty. The bathroom was almost unusably small with no tub. The carpet was stained and dirty, I wouldn't even think of taking my socks off to walk on this floor. The floor creaked and appeared broken, we could really hear the guests in the room above and I thought they might come through the floor. There was old garbage in the garbage can, but I am certain the sheets were clean. I pulled out the dresser to try and plug in my computer. There is months of old debris and dirt behind the dresser. It was not a nice experience.
