How long will SeaTac Rental Car suck at efficiency and make people miss their flights?

Previous visit was a breeze but Avis screwed up this visit. 90 minute wait in queue. Which followed a two hour Sound Transit Link delay due to an accident at Othello Station. Poor communication and off target ETA's. Glad I wasn't flying out and relying on Sound Transit to get me to a flight.

We've rented there several times without incident or delay. Compared to Las Vegas, they are a dream.

I honestly don't know about that.!? Everytime I rented from them they were not only efficient, but polite as well. And I get there to rent my car @ 2-4AM.

We waited to get on the bus for over 30 minutes. Glad yours was more successful than ours.
