I have been approved thru Capital One Auto Navigator. It has Dick Hannah showing as a participating dealer in Vancouver, but not in Longview. Does the agreement extend to Longview or not?

A Capital One approval would need to be used at our Dick Says Yes location, however at Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso; we have access to several different lenders and often times can get our customers a lower rate than Capital One.
