Tired of being threatened. Air conditioner was out. Now back in. I have the right to breathe. Our housing can put in central air. They have no business of my medical problem.

I have worked with the Housing and Urban Development for decades in various aspect and my parents worked with them as well for almost two decades as apartment managers. I have never seen an office so inept as Kelso! They do not do anything in the time frame it is to be done! The lead manager there should be fired and the other staff reviewed!

Depends on the kind of inspection
Call and ask if they're accepting applications, and how to apply. They are very good about answering questions and helping people with applications. Their phone number is on the front door of the main office building.
I'm not sure if they would necessarily ask you to leave but you might be paying full price if you make that much. And in my opinion if you pay full price for these you can pay for a nicer place because a 3 bed is almost $1400 a month.
You may want to do a walk in and speak to the director or someone in management regarding employment opportunities. Their website doesn't seem to show a career or employment opportunities section
The Section 8 waiting list opened up like about for 5 months ago in Kelso. The sign up time frame was three days at the Methodist Church. Sounds like you may have to make an effort to give someone a call or send an email online pertaining to disabled individuals. Good luck
You have to contact your housing specialist, inform by email or a fon call and ask for an extension in writing. Have have it delivered in the time allowed. It is better to do a walk in and get the written request taken care of right there and then. In general, they do provide extensions. It's a very tough market and a job in itself to look for a place to live. Good luck!
